I went to Pain Free Tax and Bookkeeping Service to get help with my mother's taxes and ended up getting help with tax credits I didn't know I qualified for. I feared the process of getting caught up in my taxes. Yes, I was WAAAAAYYYYYY behind. Tiffanie coached me through it beautifully and made it a more than bearable process. She not only asks for the info she needs, she explains and makes sure you understand the highlights as well. She even made suggestions for future things to consider re: increasing investments to offset taxes, etc. ALL WHILE IN BC AND I'M IN QC!
